Alyssa Tamez graduated from Matoaca High School. She plans on attending Virginia Tech in the Fall to study Psychology. Alyssa has been dancing at GJDC for 14 years and when not dancing, is busy being a Spirit Mentor for MHS and an active member in the National Honor Society. She loves dancing at GJDC because “it’s a fun space to express myself with my friends”. Her favorite color is forest green and she loves spending time reading outdoors.
