Morgan has been dancing with GJDC for 9 years. She has 16 years of formal training in the Tri-City area in all areas of dance, as well as 14 years of baton twirling training including corps twirling. She has studied under Dena Rizzo, Geo Hubela, Mary Ann Lamb, Hayley Mac, Keltie Colleen, and Arielle Coker at numerous dance conventions. Morgan has advanced experience in 1, 2, and 3 baton twirling as well as advanced experience in 1, 2, and 3 fire baton twirling. She is the former solo performer for Carver Middle School Basketball halftime shows for 2 years; Former baton intramural instructor/choreographer for Carver Middle School; Former Matoaca High School Majorette Captain. Morgan was the first Matoaca Majorette Captain ever to receive a Superior group rating at State level competition. She is also a former Matoaca Majorette Coach. Morgan graduated high school in 2011, and graduated with her Practical Nursing License in 2012. She graduated with her Registered Nursing License and degree in 2014. Morgan was formerly a full time RN-Nurse Trainer with Patient First, as well as the nursing coordinator for The Richmond Flying Squirrels Baseball Games. She is now a full time ER Nurse with Johnston-Willis Hospital, while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing. She is also excited to announce her engagement to Lee Kuykendall this year! Morgan lives in Richmond with her fiancee and their two cats.
